Canning unit
- Setting machine up for cans is made by changing the left infeed arm and filling heads, then rolling in and connecting the Canning Unit. Time needed is approximately 1-2 hours.
- Infeed pusher 2 steps.
- Long tube filling.
- Counter pressure filling up to 2 bar.
- Cans, diameter: 50 – 80mm. Not changeable by client.
- Cans, height: 100-200mm, easily adjustable by client.
- Capacity: Cycle capacity minimum 1200 Cans per hour. Aim is to be able to run up to 1500 cph depending on product.
- Feed out buffer: Approx. 60 cans.
- Oxygen and foam as with bottles.
- Most compact equipment on the market.
